If you are interested in booking a stall at Zambezi Fest, it is imperative to complete the designated application form below. This form serves as a preliminary step in the application process, allowing the festival organizers to assess your request and confirm your participation. It is important to note that submitting the form does not guarantee a pitch; confirmation from the festival organizers is required before any stall booking can be made.

This year we have specific requirements and guidelines for vendors. These include regulations regarding stall size, setup times, and the types of products that can be sold. Understanding these requirements is crucial for ensuring compliance and maximizing the potential for success at the event.

Stall prices include 2 x Adult Full Weekend Tickets with camping, tickets for any other members of your team must be purchased separately HERE.

Please be aware that the allocation and positioning of stalls within the festival site are determined solely at the discretion of the event organisers. While we will take preferences into consideration where possible, final placements will be made based on logistical requirements and overall festival layout.

If your application is successful, we will reach out to you with further details, including a link to finalize your booking and complete your payment. Your stall will only be confirmed once payment in full has been received.
